What Is the Program?

St. Martin’s runs a Long Distance Adoption Program. A sponsorship model that gives vulnerable children in Kibera access to education, essentials, and support at home.

As a sponsor, you help cover the real costs that stand between a child and the classroom: school fees, uniforms, learning materials, and family support.

We want to connect children and families worldwide. Regardless of their different living conditions, geographical distances, religion, and culture, they should be able to learn from each other. Mutual appreciation will be the result of this exchange. Only children with a good education can carry on the positive desire of the community in the slums to help each other for future generations and then improve the situation themselves. We are happy to support them in this process. Become part of our community and support one or more children.

Only 10 Euros can cover all the costs of one child for an entire month!

How does it work?

You donate €120 in school fees for one child for one year and leave your email address. You will then receive photos and brief descriptions of the children at St. Martin School and decide which one you would like to support. Cecilia will provide information about the child's happiness and progress after this year. After that, you can set up a standing order for €10 or donate for another year.

A donation receipt is available for each donation upon request.
